This notice is for customers residing outside Japan who wish to request a replacement copy of Touken Ranbu ONLINE 10th Anniversary Commemorative Book: Honmaru-Roku. 

Until now, customers who purchased the book through overseas bookstores were asked to contact the store where they made their purchase. However, as of August 17th, 2026, replacement support through overseas bookstores has been discontinued. 

From this point forward, regardless of where you purchased your copy, all replacement requests from customers residing outside Japan will be handled directly by the Honmaru-Roku Replacement Customer Support.
